Design Highlights

The combination of classic tailoring fabrics with repurposed equestrian hardware gives it a sophisticated, “country-chic” aesthetic that feels both timeless and unique.

• Fabric: The contrast between the structured, crisp herringbone linen viscose on the outside and the soft, luxurious velvet lining creates a high-end tactile experience for the user.
• Handle: Using a leather rein for the handle is a good use of upcycling. Reins are designed to be durable and feel good in the hand, which makes for a perfect top handle.
• Detail: Incorporating the martingale stop as a decorative element is an “if you know, you know” detail that horse lovers will appreciate, while still looking like a sleek, modern toggle to everyone else.
